Why an ITD Venture Studio?
Venture studios are companies that assist entrepreneurs in launching new products and enterprises. They are also commonly referred to as startup studios or incubators, although there are some differences. In order to help the expansion of the startup ecosystem on the continent, venture studios have become more well-liked in recent years.
Venture Studios are solving the world’s biggest problems with the world’s best entrepreneurs. Because of this, the success of these startups is unprecedented.
84% of startups coming out of studios go on to raise a seed round. Of those startups that make it to the seed round, 72% raise a Series A. This is huge compared to traditional startups in which only 42% of ventures that get to seed make it to Series A. Ultimately, 60% of all companies created out of studios make it to Series A giving them a much higher chance of long-term success.

How Can We Help
Our Approach
STAGE 1 – DISCOVERY
We work with our clients to understand their new venture goals and strategic objectives. Secondary research and a collaborative workshop take place. A collaborative workshop takes place to capture the starting value proposition.
STAGE 2 – DESIGN & PREPARATION
We identify and prioritise the key assumptions necessary to the success of the new venture. Agile experiments are designed to validate these assumptions.
STAGE 3 – EXPERIMENTATION & ITERATION
Our team conduct primary research and execute the chosen experiments. We pivot the value proposition & iterate experiments based off learnings to find problem-solution fit.
STAGE 4 – LEARNING & REFINEMENT
We analyze the results of experiments, and validate/invalidate the key assumptions. Based on findings, we deliver a refined value proposition, and plan for the next steps
