ITD Venture Capital is a technology focused early-stage venture fund that fund startups through our venture studio, often partnering with other corporates to unlock unfair advantage.

For investors, our unique model generates proprietary deal flow through our venture studio and attractive 1st cheque investment entry points that are isolated from shifts in the public markets to optimize long-term cash-on-cash returns.

We provide tailored sourcing services and diverse scouting avenues for innovation that matches the fund's investment thesis. We broker investment and co-investment opportunities by identifying, screening, and matching deal flow opportunities.

We conduct market deep dives to evaluate regulatory risks for innovative technologies, and ensure product-market fit with the aim of reducing the investor's risk
Portfolio Commercialisation
Leveraging our expertise in commercialization, we work with investors to systematically scale portfolio companies. Our services enable venture funds to repurpose internal resources for long-term growth priorities such as fund raising and industry collaboration

We will invite you to a meeting with the ITD Venture Partners team in our offices, where we could hear more and discuss your venture
We will sign a “confidential disclosure agreement” (CDA) and begin a constructive due diligence process.
Once due diligence is complete, we will present the project to ITD venture’s investment committee.
Once the project is approved by our investment committee, you will Join ITD Venture Partners’sFamily.
